Well guys,
This is it. The final episode of the season and its a doozy.
Jared's Father attempts to buy the firm. So what will our boys and the rest of Infeld Daniels do?
This went far too fast! Here's to hoping we get a season 3!!!
Fangirling and squeeing and all teh usual discussions below.
I'm late tonight, but i won't be around to squee until after i get my greedy little paws on the download!
Have fun ladies and gents! (mods we need an actual episode tag for this one later, okay? )

Date: 2012-08-15 08:17 pm (UTC)This season lacked the Hanna/Damien component of last season and I couldn't quite figure out why. But at least we're clear that Hanna's had a change of heart and Damien's not out for blood (he'd just prefer it if Peter and Jared were invisible and silent, I imagine).
Stanton remains his scary schizophrenic self and not just with Damien anymore. I'm not sure I'd have been as quick to forgive him as Peter and Jared were (and he never promised to be straight with them from now on either).
"Not if I was on fire!" made everything all right for me, but I'm strange that way.
Been a fun year, you all, but 10 episodes is NOT enough!

I suppose in some ways they did have to either get them together or let them just be over it, because ust is boring if everyone involved is heterosexual, and keeping it going might so easily have turned into Hanna being all caught up on Damien who was more interested in regulations than her? I don't know if I'm explaining that right. I'm really sad they didn't choose to get them together, even if they did it quite nicely, in keeping them friends.
(I suppose their relationship was never meant to be quite as much of a thing last year as a lot of people saw there. I think because they moved Bro Bono from Episode 2 to 4, it dragged a lot of storylines from the pilot with it, so they seemed longer than they were? Hanna was hardly even in episodes 8 and 9, was she? And then her and Damien were LOVELY in episode 10, but were probably supposed to be just friends by that point.)
Sorry, I'm over thinking them because I loved them. And then as well as not being together this year, they made NO SENSE from the very first episode with the whole sudden trying to get rid of F&B thing, so yeah. It was a shame. But they had nice bits individually.

Date: 2012-08-17 01:48 pm (UTC)They did kind of jump from she wants to get back together and I don't date people from work to open animosity in Ep 3 on Hanna's part (I've been here longer and have more billable hours, etc. than Damien). Then they made peace and he told her that having a child could never make her ordinary and that seemed like a stepping stone to something. Then Hanna, as you said, disappeared for two episodes and they worked well together/played off each other interestingly in ep 10. Then this year, they didn't share all that much screen time. I'm not sure they tried any cases together in season 2.
It struck me as odd, is all. I like the characters together and the actors have excellent chemistry. Just feels like a missed opportunity to me (as lovers or friends).
