Watermelon Shot Wednesday!

(I apologize if this is late! I just got back from classes...)

And so, here we are yet again my fellow Franklin&Bash-er's! (It's a thing. I just made it right now.)

Another glorious week has passed and our communal chatting ground has... something. I don't know what I'm saying. Sleep deprivation is a silly thing. Anyways, I hope you lovely people are doing well and I wish you a very merry Wednesday!

This weeks title is drawn from this recipe:

Watermelon Shot recipe
1 part vodka
1 part amaretto almond liqueur
1 part Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
fill with orange juice
pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Shake well with ice. Strain and pour into a shot glass.

I agree completely. I mean, the bills were just put into Congress today, and if passed, they still would have to go through the Senate and the House of Representatives. Which... basically is a large chunk of time right there. And finally, if it still manages to survive, Obama has to sign it in, and word is that he's already vowed to veto it.

The bill is incredibly silly and awful, but people are overreacting a bit much right now I feel like. I just enjoy keeping up with the news xD
