franklin_bashHi all! Sorry it's been kind of quiet around here for a few weeks since the season finished. We're still in a bit of a limbo, because F&B hasn't apparently been truly cancelled, but it hasn't been renewed yet either.
TNT did email me the other day with a long list of shows they'd renewed and F&B very much wasn't on that, which was kind of gutting. But everything anyone is saying on the internet is suggesting it *should* still get renewed and they might just be arguing between production teams and the network or something? It had good ratings, and inside sources hinted that it would be okay, and . . . I'm clinging to tiny hopes to be honest.
In place of any actual news I thought I'd do us a round up of bits and pieces, in case anyone is still out there in lj land. Although really not that much has been happening:
Also, ficwise there've been a few posted to AO3 lately that I don't think have shown up here, and are well worth checking out:
I logged into the survey section of tnt the other day and found them claiming that the feedback they'd got from that collection of photos for season 2 advertising was that people liked the 'ripping the law a new one' picture, but thought Peter should be looking at the camera and not Jared. I'm PRETTY SURE that no one I knew suggested that, I'm pretty sure the only reason any of us picked that was because it was the only on that was remotely slashy enough. They are terrible at knowing about their show.
And here they both are with their more height-appropriate boyfriends. Psh. (MPG is appearing in an episode of season 2 of 'Don't Trust the B.... in Apt 23', and Seth and Breckin are just reminding the internet of their love.)
There's an awesome gifset of Damien saying awesome on tumblr here.
He's also in the new Joss Whedon 'Much Ado About Nothing' film, which is . . . coming out soon or came out or something, I can't work it out.
Garcelle is going to be in an episode of Psych, which brings me HAPPINESS.
And that's all I've got. Hope everyone's doing well, and coping okay with the ridiculous lack of F&B on our screens.
