102 - She Came Upstairs To Kill Me




TV Rage: Franklin and Bash hold court when a woman is accused of using sex as a means to kill her husband. The two young-gun lawyers suspect the judge or jury is on the take, so they apply unconventional methods to deliver justice.

For me, this is definitely one of the weakest episodes in season 1. I don't really like the way Peter is with his client, Peter and Jared spend very little time together, there's no Hanna, and Jared's whole b-plot case never does anything. But there are some nice bits, I love Jared letting Peter have the case, that little conversation is one of my favourites between them for some reason. Carmen's kind of awesome and gets to dress up. Peter gets a little bit naked - although cries of 'but why is Jared clothed?????' went up in the chat, and that's a fair point without a decent answer.
