It's F&B night ladies and gentlemen!

Tonight? Jared finds himself once again going head to head with his father in court. Beau Bridges and Peter Weller guest star!

Peter Weller as a rock star? Yeah, interesting. :D

Jokes, commentary and the usual squeeing below. Spoiler heavy, those of you not watching yet.

Enjoy!

Tonight, i'm chasing a grumpy toddler who refuses to sleep (my nephew), so i may not be with you in comments. ^^;;

The lining of the waistcoat! HOW did I forget that! Clearly we're both distracted by the shiny/turqoise things.

Also, I totally agree about Peter hating Leonard. It just makes so much more sense than him being indifferent and mildly empathetic to Jared. I'd like some more of Leonard's opinion of Peter too, since I'm sure Leonard blames him for most of Jared's 'rebellion'. I'd just like more backstory with the relationship between these three. Or just more backstory in general. *looks pointedly at F&B writers*

I think in canon probably Leonard doesn't blame Peter for Jared's rebellion. Because canon is terrible at giving us REAL BADDIES, and is keeping Leonard quite firmly not as evil as he might be. Peter did go and work for a big law firm pre-series, it was very much Jared who didn't want to. And Peter's sort of the more sensible one of the two, maybe Leonard sees that and only thinks he's as bad as Jared, not worse.

I need the backstory episode more than ALL THE OTHER EPISODES. Except it might be awful. But it might MAKE SENSE AND BE STUNNING.

I have a terrible feeling it will be awful. But I have a hopeful feeling that it might go some way in resolving some of the inconsistancies. Although I still have a bad feeling that it'll just throw up a whole new bunch of questions.
