I still don't know what to think of the Pindar plot.

Carmen looked so amazing in her backstage outfit. omigod. Why so perfect, bb? Also her amazingness at basically doing everything is amazing. Ugh.

Hanna's last day of court outfit, the sort of cream colored dress? So gorgeous. Also, her being sweet to Pindar was adorable. Every scene is better if Hanna is just there.

I need to know what kind of music Jared likes. Since he obviously turns his nose up at Peter's tastes.

Sweetest thing ever: Jared on the bench. In the robe. Talking about how he and Peter are partners, but not life partners, but how they do live together, and then totally realizing that, yes, they actually are life partners.

Peter saying that he hated Jared. My heart broke a little at Jared's face. Also when he was told to stay outside.

Jared's face in general. Ugh. Also, waistcoats.

Jared and his daddy!issues. It felt like maybe they pulled back a little? I don't know. Something felt... I don't know. Maybe to in your face look at these issues. And the end. Leonard is such an asshole, but are we supposed to be like 'oh, okay, everyone can lol over parenting issues because we're adults now'? *shrug*

Maybe Peter just seemed a little less... protect-y. Even if he did ask if it was going to screw with Jared's head.

I'm back at Jared's face now.

Peter not wearing shoes while playing the guitar. I have mixed feelings about that.

Jared making sure that Peter felt like a rock god (even though Jared hates his taste in music). I do not have mixed feelings about that. I think I made noises only dolphins could hear.

Breckin not playing the drums. Perfect opportunity. Didn't happen. Boo.

Damien only had, like, two lines.

Jared's face. It's so quality you guys I can't.

I'm sure there was more. Probably involving Jared's face.

They're not life partners except they are but they're not.
I LOVE EVERYTHING.

They just keep making BEAUTIFUL episodes of BEAUTIFUL.

I love doctor lee, I'm really attached to him from season one because even though his entire plot in that was pointless or cut out or something, I like the way he held Jared's head. And I like how Peter wanted him to be real and then was disappointed that he wasn't, but then he sort of might have been? I don't know. The whole Pindar storyline this season has been quite dull to me more than anything else.

I love that Beverley Crusher came back to judge again.

I love that Damien was sad they were going to defend someone who had hurt Pindar and made him sad.

I sort of loved the level of daddy issues, I love that they have a beach house, THANK YOU FOR A CANONICAL BEACH HOUSE, and Jared finding those presents all unused and just OH GOD HIS FACE HIS PERFECT FACE, Peter would have looked after him so hard. And Peter loves him and Peter finding it awkward when Jared storms away from fights with his dad and he has to say goodbye to him awkwardly, which will have been so much more awkward when they were thirteen. I love when Leonard said he couldn't protect Jared or Peter any more, that was weird but kind of cute how he said both of them, I like the idea that sometimes he had to protect Peter. I still think it's a bit sad that they don't make Peter hate Leonard, but they never really did, we did that for ourselves and I think we're way more valid than they are.

DID I MENTION THE BEAUTIFUL LINING OF JARED'S WAISTCOAT? Oh, I still vaguely disapprove of their having posh clothes, but THE LININGS MAKE ME SO HAPPY, and also the cut of Peter's suit. He's amazing. Everything's amazing.

Peter's going to be Gene Simmons and Jared's going to be the twentieth century fasjkdhfouwegousdhfbsdkjlgjslgjhosudfhkjkwjepfojsfkdh sjh fjkwebfi sudihjgpoj kjehw ;ks df.sdf. I HAVE TOO MUCH LOVE.

Not my favourite episode of the season fo far but enjoyable none the less.

The overall storyline was interesting. I'm glad they're back to fighting for the little guy.

The daddy issues were as prevalent as ever. The tie-pin/beach house conversation made my heart break for Jared. (Although I now want to know who he was at the beach house with :P)

Peter was highly unsympathetic in this episode in regards to Jared's ruling and Jared's daddy issues and practically everything to do with Jared. Although he did try to protect him from the comments on the blogosphere and asking him if his head was messed up.

But on the other hand we did get some nice moments from Jared, such as talking about how he and Peter are partners, but not life partners... but totally life partners. And also reassuring Peter that he's an awesome musician, even if Jared doesn't completely believe that. AND (though he should have been on drums) being on the front row for Peter's gig. Jared's totally his groupie XD

HELLO! You actually get my squee post in full this week because I actually had a lot of feels for this episode. Crazy stupid feels that meant I wrote a lot of feeling type things. So yeah, be warned.


I always love guitar playing MPG. It makes me love him even more. But then it can be pretty cheesy aswell haha

I really felt like they should have gone for a hug when Jared came into the office

“Second album was good. Before Timberlake got a big head” OH GOD. Peter’s an NSync fan?? I DIE (Okay, so I died a lot this ep. Shh)

Peter always gets his bitch on around Leonard. I have all this headcanon about Jared and Leonard fighting while Peter’s there and Jared storming off and Peter being like “I’ll go talk to him Mr Franklin” and a bit nervous because Mr Franklin and then following Jared and letting him rant about his Dad and how 'he’s ruining my life' and then when Jared runs out of steam he just grabs him in a hug (because back then Jared was even tinier and Peter could wrap his arms all the way around Jared) and just hold him close

I LOVE HOW WELL THEY KNOW EACHOTHER UGH

CHRIST. Infeld got a bit up himself then didn’t he. ‘My name above the door’ ‘Haven’t you got something to do?’

“I enjoy disappointing you. I’m good at it.” UGH. But.. but... whenever Jared is around his Dad he loses all his fun loving spirit. He becomes this bitter, jaded thing and I hate it, but i also love it, because it shows you that he isn’t just happy care-free Jared, but the deeper, buried part of him that has serious Daddy issues and must crave recognition and it hurts but it’s wonderful. Hats off to the writers for that, seriously.

All in all, that was a much better episode I think.
