Season 4 Promo videos & interviews
I thought I'd put a post on here of all the interviews and promos they did for the start of this season, because basically I want them all in one place! [/selfish]

And while we're on the subject of Tumblr, I'm going to shamelessly plug fuckyeahbreckinmeyer where I'm posting a Breckin a day (until I run out of pictures or forget to schedule more posts) so I'd love it if you felt like following that one too. Right, on to the vids…
Firstly, not exactly related to promoting Season 4, but Breckin and MPG did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Access Hollywood. I only found out about this the other day. People should have brought this to my attention earlier. You know who you are… *stares pointedly*. Anyway, it's worth watching if you'd like to see the boys all cold and wet (and why would you not want to see this?) and also because Breckin complains he's cold before he's even done it so MPG hugs him. It's adorable!
Interview with Breckin and MPG on the 'Sway In The Morning' radio show but with video footage. Yeah, it's weird, I know. It's obviously not a censored radio show though, because they both swear - a lot. This is worth watching if you’d like to see MPG accidentally "out" Breckin and to listen to them basically take the piss out of each other for fifteen minutes.
Breckin's interview on the Craig Fergusson Show. As is in keeping with Craig's interview, they briefly mention Season 4 once and then spend the rest of the time talking about random shit! Worth watching to see PornStar!Breckin in action at the end of the interview - seriously, he takes his shirt off and pouts at the camera. It's a beautiful thing. (Fast forward to 17:50 for the Breckin-y goodness.)
This is the Season 4 F&B set tour. Technically the tour itself is with Toni Trucks, but there's some lovely Q&As with Breckin and MPG, where they talk about themed Fridays on the set, including PJ Friday where Breckin wore a onesie. I totally need pictorial evidence of this, by the way. It's also worth watching if you want to hear them talk about MPG being the top but Breckin being the power bottom. There may have been dolphin noises!
Lovely long interview promoting Season 4 on Huffpost Live, featuring a question from our very ownjekesta, who wanted to know about Jared's toenail polish that we saw in Season 3. This led to what can only be described as one of the most beautiful moments in interview history, where Breckin took his shoes and socks off to show that he always has his toenails painted and he refused to take it off even though the producers on the show hated it. Apparently MPG hates it too, but as he hasn't shut up about it since, I think he secretly loves it. Also, Breckin has the most beautiful feet ever - I'm with Peter on the whole feet thing, and even I think they're beautiful.
Really short video where they talk about the episode that Breckin wrote and MPG directed. Totally worth it just to see them snuggle each other a little bit.
Breckin and Mark Paul on the Today Show. I hate these interviews because the presenters are clearly reading (badly) from an autocue and probably have no idea who these people are or anything about the show. Apparently they think the fact that Breckin and MPG can't keep their hands off each other is weird, thus proving that they are completely stupid. Watch for yet another instalment of the 'Breckin and MPG love each other' show.
Taking the People.com Co-Star Challenge, Breckin and MPG answer questions about each other and either get them right or take the opportunity to once again declare how attractive they find each other. Seriously, it's starting to be a real thing now!

They were each standing on their own bucket, so either MPG called Breckin to his bucket to hug him or Breckin moved to MPG's bucket and demanded a hug, either possibility makes me happy...
In that radio interview, did MPG said Breckin was now single?
I was so offended when they asked if Breckin could write comedy, SERIOUSLY??
Can we have an episode/fic where Peter and Jared fight and they only talk by calling each other Mr. Franklin and Mr. Bash??

I could not get that ice bucket video to embed on tumblr, and I still can't get my computer to download it any of the ways I normally would. Which is sad. Because there should so much be gifs of the cuddling and Breckin's perfect face when cold and wet. Ngh.
I love how mpg pretends to hate the toenails, and I do feel really bad like this is clearly the producers worst nightmare that it would be what all their interviews are about now even though they still try to pretend their show is about laddish lads who aren't in it for Breckin's feet (his feet are incredible). I like that even though MPG clearly knew about his toenails he let him mock him for YEARS about shaving his legs without bringing it up.
Also I am loving LOVING breckin meyer photos daily sosomuch.

I do feel like acknowledging Breckin's toenail polish somehow opened a Pandora's Box of THINGS THEY WERE NOT SPEAKING ABOUT. And now they can't stop, like MPG needs to bring it up in every interview just so Breckin can throw MPGs shaved non-cycling legs back at him. It's beautiful and you helped to create it - bravo!! I also love how they're always dark blue as well, because it's such an eclectic shade.

I know, I can't believe that we are a fandom that can practically be measured in single figures! Why more people can't see that this show is basically telling the greatest love story between two guys ever is just beyond me...
In terms of fic, there's really only a handful of us who write regularly (or not so regularly, as the case has been for me recently) but occasionally someone new posts something over on AO3 and I get really excited that there might be loads more new fic, and then they disappear again. :o(
