I know Hanna would. She wouldn't let Damien go to prison, but the psychic says he does, so ...

My pet idea now is that Rachel or maybe Rachel and Stanton lose the case. Colleen (Peter's mom) doesn't give up and discovers another angle and Peter and Jared win the appeal.
