I liked this episode a lot more than 301 because it got more of the 'funny aspect' that the first one lacked! "Can you even swim?"

Also, Jared wanting to die before Peter? I wanted to cry.

I LIKE CHARLIE, yeeei! I was so afraid i wasn't gonna like her since she's gonna be there all season, but she's sassy, AUSTRALIAN (love the accent) and I love her name.

I love how we get to know more about Peter's family, they sound just awesome. (We already know Colleen is awesome and that Jared loves her) and Peter's family is kinda like Jared's family too since his own sucks.. (I hope we get to know more about Jared's mom though)

I also love how Peter and Jared are so chill with Pindar even after he burned their house down, and just jokes about it, true bros right there!

Peter high on pain meds? ALMOST as funny as drunk!Jared!

The beach house is so pretty (what we've seen so far, at least) i want one!

I hate the wall between their offices, it doesn't make any sense when they work all their cases together and it's just inconvenient..

I LOVE ALL YOUR CAPITALS AND I AGREE WITH THEM STRONGLY!

I'm not in love with the lighting in the beach house, but so long as they're mostly outside and barefoot and happy I don't care that much.

And I was thinking that about the wall, it only makes sense if she wants them to work separate cases and she doesn't seem to be doing that. Still, maybe that'll come? And in the meantime I don't mind it so much if all it does is make them want to be near each other more.

Jared can marry people! You just know that eventually Peter's going to decide to get married on a whim and expect Jared to play along and Jared's going to be sadder than he's ever been in his life and not know how to say no.

I don't think I can deal with Peter asking Jared to marry him off to someone else and Jared having to put on a brave face all while dying on the inside... while Peter doesn't even notice... while his work suffers (esp if they're working separate cases)... while he quietly starts to look for another place to live... which would all probably be happening if this show was a drama.

And I certainly could't deal with it if Peter said something like 'Jared would you marry me.' and, like, pauses before he says the girl's name because Jared would totally be like 'like make it legal?, were practically married already, Peter, but okay.' because that would be horrible.

I keep wanting to believe that Peter isn't such an awful boyfriend that he'd actually ask Jared to marry him off to a woman, but I sort of think he really would. He's dreadful.

UGH. And then pretend obviously it was a joke, it was a clear absolute total joke and in no way at all a dream come true. UGH. Peter would realise though, wouldn't he? I think he'd realise and explain to the woman and go and find Jared sitting somewhere getting drunk on his own on the beach and just be like 'I didn't think I had a chance with you! Obviously I wouldn't marry someone else if I could have you!' and then it would all be okay.

If we don't get heartfelt, drunk talks on the pier/boardwalk this season I will be very disappointed. Bonus points if it involves one of them apologising for being a bad boyfriend.

I'd really like a conversation between Jared and Charlie at some point too, where Jared acts like the kid who's parent has a new partner and really doesn't want to like Charlie but then she totally just gets him and his love for Peter and basically turns out to be completely deserving of Peter's love and everything is awesome and nothing hurts.

I love heartfelt drunk talks. We should totally get those. (it could replace the Diner... not that I want the Diner replaced, but they haven't gone there yet (there's still time though), but if they're not going to go to the Diner then they need to instead of heartfelt drunk beach talks)

Oh man, I'd die for a convo like that. Where Charlie assures him that she's not going to take Peter away from him, and then invites him on a group date or something, or helps him pick up chicks... because I really want her to be amazing.

Sometimes Peter forgets that he needs to be a good boyfriend. He gets caught up in heterosexual expectations. It's terrible.

And Jared would try to laugh it off, like 'no man, of course I was kidding... like we would get married... to each other... instead of to women...' but his voice gets all wobbly and yeah. And then Peter would remember to be a good boyfriend and it'd be lovely.
