Whiskey Sour Wednesday
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz whiskey
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz sugar syrup
maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled sour glass.
Garnish with the cherry.
So now that we have the alcohol out of the way (I sadly don't have whiskey, but I'll drink hot cacao with crème de menthe later), on to the free for all post!

There's still one prompt left unclaimed for our Holiday Ficlet Fest. And how's everyone doing (or not doing since this is supposed to be anon ... which some of us fail at spectacularly not me) with it? Are your characters getting emo when they should cuddle? Do they cuddle when they should have sex? Are you even writing Franklin & Bash or did your muse decide that you desperately need to write a fix-it for Charles/Erik from X-Men: First Class right now?
We're done with our weekly rewatch of the show, which is depressing and we spent a lot of time bemoaning the fact that they only made ten episodes on Sunday. We still will have a weekly rewatch, though, we just didn't agree on what we want to see yet. Suggestions? Ideas? Tell us.
But now that we all have refreshed our memory on what happens in season one, what are your whishes for season two? Personally, I hope for more hugs, more daddy!issues, more naked!everyone and if Ellen and Jared could get it on in some closet or so I'd be a happy camper. Just saying.

Sorry again about jumping the gun in the other post, haha. My season 2 wishlist includes more Peter/Jared adorableness (perhaps a secret handshake?!), more Damien/Pindar interaction and more Damien/Hanna/Pindar asskicking, and I really want James van der Beek to come back!
I haven't started working on my holiday fest claim at all, because it's the end of term and I have to mark ALL THE PAPERS. Pro tip to anyone in first year university: if you don't know the answer, guess or leave it blank--do NOT fill it in with something "funny", because after 50 papers nothing is funny anymore and your prof will just be annoyed that you don't seem to take the process seriously. JUST SAYIN'. >:|
However, I do plan to write it over christmas and it will be done by the deadline!
Mmmm, whiskey sours. I usually like my whiskey neat or with a tiny bit of ice, but for sours I prefer a sour mix over making your own with lemon and syrup. Don't drink too many though--it'll wreck your throat and make your teeth soft.

I feel for you and grading. I always thought actually GRADING anything would be less stressful than teaching ... until I got to the grading part. I swear I've never fretted so much about anything before.

yeeeees!! You know what I want more than see their handshake (that they obviously have but they haven't bother to show us)?? A video of Breckin and MPG practicing the handshake, and getting it wrong and laughing about it and being adorable!!
