Screencaps 108

Caps for episode 8:

~1000 caps, 32 mb, megaupload

(There's genuinely no need to credit for using these, they're automatically capped and untouched, so there's no effort involved. I'm just putting them up because I cap for myself anyway, so it's dead easy.)

OH. Oh. I love F and B so much. I love Carmen and she was great, I love Pindar, I love Pindar and Carmen together. I really like the idea of Jared and Carmen having platonic sex just for educative reasons, and I like that they're short. Or maybe Carmen having educative sex with Jared *and* Peter and it not being a big deal, and her just judging them for not being as good as Dante. I am not even a little bit interested in Janie being all jealous about Peter having sex with other people, but I hope when she called him a slut she didn't mean much by it. I love how slutty he is. I love Karp. I missed Hanna. I love that Peter loves his guitar. I am still a bit sad they didn't go to prison. I love that they all live together and are happy. I think I might quite want some ot4 fic.

additional comment: I love Peter's collarbone. I love that his shirt seemed more unbuttoned for each shot.

this episode fell a little short for me, however. the dante stuff was uninteresting and seemingly random. the lightsaber fight seemed to be crossing from "silly" to "okay, really?". karp and pindar really held up the fort. but of course I could never hate my derpy lawyers.

I have to agree.

This has been the episode I have liked the least this season. Which had absolutely noting to do with the lack of Peter/Jared at all...nope. ;P

I really dislike Janie, her character is flat and she bores me. I was all, "You're getting married to someone else, lady! Get over him! Geez." especially since it seems like she broke up with Peter.

Also, what was up with the whole temp storyarc? It seemed kind of pointless. I mean, yeah, she took the money which was good, but could have been solved another way. They didn't need to bring in the random character for that. Red shirted ensign, much?

The only parts I did enjoy in this episode was all of the Carmen/Pindar. The two of them are just all sorts of adorable together and I kind of ship them now. :)

Yeah, I definitely get you. I was like, wait... did they really just introduce a temp to have a plot device for the money disappearing? I don't even remember them giving her a name. Just felt like they had a couple half-assed plot ideas and decided to throw them all into one episode because they weren't good enough to warrant their own.

lol, I'm glad I'm not the only one that partially judges episodes by how much fluff is in them. I have embarrassing fangirl antics. Me and that kink meme... F5 F5 F5 F5

: )

That's mostly what I judges episodes on. It's sad.

Can you tell I really like the strikethrough? I have only had reason to start using it like a week ago. It's so awesome.

Yeah, I lost a little respect for her after this episode. I know Peter is a hottie but you're still hung up now that you're getting married? You in danger gurl.

I liked that she was getting married and therefore out of the way, and I like her bitching back at Jared when he hates her.

Both of these are scenes where I did like her inclusion.

That moment where Jared tried to reach for a saber with the force was yet another of those Jared moments that made me far more gleeful than should be normal! I also enjoyed the moment where that (frankly bizarre) huge number of cops turned up at the door and he looked SO small in front of them but he just faced them down like they were nothing.

And I totally agree with what you say about episodes after BEAUTIFUL GAY LOVE episodes often being a bit disappointing. That is a very, very true statement. All the same, I still enjoyed it because it was MORE FRANKLIN AND BASH! And ngnhhgn, that last cap up there. Mr Franklin you are incredibly lovely.

I DO THE SAME THING. I'm beginning to think this show has some kind of subliminal brainwashing thing going on, the way it's affecting you and me in exactly the same way!

I liked how Damien was kind of sucked into a Franklin and Bashian experience with defending his neice who drives him as nuts as they do. It was an interesting twist and you know he had to be silently swearing that this had better work when he offered his cousin up for 1000 hours of Peter Bash supervised community service (emphasis on service, perhaps).

Janie and jealousy is I guess just setting up the you'll get one more chance with Janie that that strange guy from episode 1.02 promised him and I'm not looking forward to that.

Eeeee! Oh, Damien made me all sorts of happy this episode. I loved the whole scene at the end where he and Janie are going back and forth sending Lily to London and Lily's like "Wait! No!" and the part where he referred to her as his "flesh and blood" made me uber giggly in it's over the topness. And the whole scene with Stanton ("That never happened!""It's on Youtube.") And then the snapping back and forth with Jared. ("Do you always refer to Franklin and Bash in the third person?""Franklin and Bash think you should leave now.") There was much giggling to be had in my corner. :D :D :D

Reed Diamond seems to have pretty good chemistry with everyone, so they can have Damien float in and out of most any situation. On a shallow note, I kind of loved that he always had on a suit, tie tied, button buttoned, regardless of when/where he turned up.
