s3 ep 01. Coffee and Cream discussion

Season 3!

I couldn't find a blurb on the ep, but the title is Coffee and Cream, so we know the boys are gonna be up to SOMETHING. *grin*  Especially with a new boss around to stir up some shit (and you know she will!)

It's been a long year's wait, and i'm happy to see them back.

OHGOD. Okay. I love that Emily's gone, and did she ring up Jared and say mean things about Peter when they were naked on telly? Because I like it even more if she's gone and is bitter about Peter and how Jared loves him.

And Jared was too beautiful with all the 'don't embarrass me in front of the magician' and Peter just kind of ignoring him and LOVING HIM.

And Peter panicking while on Piers Morgan and Jared just putting his drink in his hand and just LOVING HIM and it's too gorgeous perfect fabulous I love them. I love Peter's teeth, and Jared telling him to point with his thumb down ♥

And I love that they're on probation, and you're right about Hanna, it's the best they can do for stupidly getting rid of her.

And I can't believe the cave is actually gone!gone. I thought we'd allowed back if we needed to! Maybe they'll rebuild it for next year and Peter and Jared will just casually draw in a really big bedroom on the plan instead of two smaller ones and that'll be good.

I sometimes worry that our slash goggles make them seem more married than they actually are, but then I watch episodes like this and realise that it's just canon in this awesome show :)

They love each other SO. WELL. It's insane and perfect. And I guess maybe possibly they love each other that much in an entirely very non sexual kind of way, but their underlying UTTER LOVE is totally canonical and that's sort of good enough for me. Sort of. Obviously they'd be much happier with added kissing and stroking.

I think she did! I'm sure she was with Jared, but then realized that Peter was always around. And maybe she brought it up... like 'oh hey, shouldn't he, like, not be here sometimes.' and Jared was just completely oblivious to the idea that Peter shouldn't be around him always, and then Emily just couldn't deal with it anymore, because it was always 'Peter this' and 'Peter that' and 'we could do that, but Peter...'.

I think they should find a way to hold hands every episode. For lots of different reasons. Like they're out and about for a case and Damien snarks about how if you take field trips you need a buddy so you don't get lost... so they hold hands all day just to show Damien. (who pretends to not care at all, but is actually really jealous because he has abandonment issues regarding Hannah)

Peter was such a good bf because he didn't tease Jared and was just quietly like 'you're a dork, but your my dork and I love you and yes, we can totally do a magic trick together during court after I profess my love for you that sounds like a great idea.' So perfect.

Jared is so good at gently coaching Peter. Aww!

I hope at some point probation ends up putting one of them (or both, both is good too) in jail for some ridiculous thing that totally wasn't their fault and it's super traumatic because Heather's been holding it over their heads and this was just a massive mix up, but it's then too much to deal with... and then tragicness? I don't know... half the time I want this show to be emotional drama and prison beatings.

The cave is so saddening. There's nothing left. I totally thought there'd be something left too! (and then giant bedrooms, yes, good)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaa. OH ME THIS TOO YES. They would be amazing in prison and even if it was an actual episode and therefore probably didn't do all the beatings and hospitalisation and fear and clinging that I want and neeeeeeeeeed, they would give legal advice and organise protests that maybe accidnetally became riots, and they'd wear orange and each blame the other one for ending them up in there, and for everything that went wrong, and they'd be terrible at being told off, and sometimes they could handcuff Jared to stuff, and Jared would pretend he totally smoked because he wanted to seem cool and Peter would tut at him, and they would just be really really beautiful just for an episode, or a season or two, something. I love prison.

Yes to everything. They would look wonderful in orange. And then someone would realize that they were more trouble in jail than out so they'd be set free.
